That’s the TSSF difference. Our expert-led teams provide holistic, affordable treatment for HIV, tuberculosis, hepatitis, diabetes, heart conditions, and mental health disorders. Through in-person clinics, telehealth consultations (expanded in 2025 for post- pandemic access), and multidisciplinary plans, we focus on prevention, therapy, and long-term wellness.

Our NABL-accredited lab in Bengaluru enables precise diagnoses of HIV viral loads, TB screenings, hepatitis panels, and chronic markers like blood sugar or cholesterol. From rapid PCR tests to routine blood tests, we prioritise speed (results in 24-48 hours) and affordability for underserved communities. In 2025, we introduced mobile testing units for remote access, turning “What if?” into ”We’ve got” this.

For those facing chronic illness, trauma, or identity struggles, we offer confidential, trauma-informed support tailored to HIV+ individuals, adolescents, and survivors of abuse. Our one-on-one sessions, group circles, and crisis hotlines connect you with specialists, legal aid, and welfare programmes. Drawing on Dr. Solomon’s empathy-first approach, we focus on building resilience, one conversation at a time.

From mental health check-ins to IPV/POSH toolkits (with referrals to safe houses and lawyers), it’s a privacy-first platform (utilising end-to-end encryption) and available 24/7 in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada.
